Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted for the purpose of monitoring compliance with:
- requirements prohibiting the unauthorized removal, movement and destruction of a fertile soil layer, as well as damage to land as a result of violations of the rules for handling pesticides, agrochemicals or other substances dangerous to human health and the environment, as well as production and consumption waste;
- requirements and mandatory measures to improve land and protect soils from wind, water erosion and the prevention of other processes that worsen the quality of land;
- responsibilities for land reclamation during construction, land reclamation, prospecting and other work, including work carried out for on-farm or own needs;

The objectives of this review are:
- supervision of compliance with the requirements of land legislation regarding the use and protection of agricultural land, the turnover of which is regulated by the Federal Law "On the Turnover of Agricultural Land."
