Purpose of inspection: To establish that this check is being conducted in order to:
Scheduled inspection (according to the inspection program) - load-bearing and enclosing structures of the aboveground part of the building.
The objectives of this audit are:
prevention, detection and suppression of violations of urban planning legislation and project documentation committed by the developer, the customer, as well as by the person carrying out construction on the basis of a contract with the developer or the customer (hereinafter referred to as the contractor).
The subject of this review is:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (subject to changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of this The Code;
2) availability of a building permit;
3) fulfillment of the requirements established by parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of this Code.
