Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out for the purpose of:
-implementation of state metrological supervision;
-implementation of control (supervision) over compliance with mandatory requirements of national standards and technical regulations;
The inspection is carried out in accordance with Order No. 1285 of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology dated July 28, 2020 "On the organization and Conduct of Unscheduled on-site inspections of Oil Product Supply Organizations for Compliance with the Requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Requirements for Automotive and Aviation Gasoline, Diesel and Marine Fuels, Jet Fuel and Fuel Oil" (TR CU 013/2011) and mandatory requirements in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements", issued pursuant to the instruction of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Yu.I. Borisov dated July 16, 2020 № YB-P9-7950.
The objectives of this review are:
- assessment of the compliance of measurements performed in the field of state regulation of ensuring the uniformity of measurements with established requirements;
- assessment of the conformity of products or related processes of production, storage, transportation, and sale with the mandatory requirements of technical regulations (national standards).
