Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to: comply with the mandatory requirements established by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated July 21, 2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated July 29, 2016. No. 114/pr "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services" regarding the completeness and reliability of information placement in the system established by law.
The objectives of this audit are to identify and prevent violations of housing legislation and legislation on the state information system of housing and communal services.
