Purpose of inspection: To establish that this audit is conducted for the purpose of federal state supervision of the employer's compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms in accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation TA Golikova TG01211486 dated 27/12/2019 as well as the order of the head of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment MU Ivankov 122 dated 05062020the objectives of this audit are to ensure compliance and protection of the labor rights and freedoms of citizens, including the right to safe working conditions, ensuring that the employer complies with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms.7 The subject of this audit is to note the necessary compliance by the employer in the course of his activities with the requirements of labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms
