Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out in order to:
Supervision of compliance with the requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and use of agricultural lands, the turnover of which is regulated by Federal Law No. 101-FZ dated 07/24/2002 "On the Turnover of agricultural Lands", based on a reasoned submission dated 03/22/2021;
The objectives of this audit are:
to assess the compliance of the activities of an economic entity with the mandatory requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements for the protection and use of agricultural land, the turnover of which is regulated by Federal Law No. 101-FZ dated 07/24/2002 "On the turnover of agricultural Land".
The subject of this review is (to mark the appropriate): compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts;
to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation, especially valuable, including unique, documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation, documents, having a special historical, scientific, and cultural significance, which is part of the national library fund.
