Purpose of inspection: the audit is conducted in order to establish the possibility of Bashgaz LLC fulfilling the licensing requirements and conditions imposed on the applicant for licensed activities for the operation of explosive and fire-hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard classes I II and III application of BASHGAZ LLC bx 54677 dated 21122017 and the decision to conduct a licensing audit from the Department of Planning and organization of licensing and permitting activities of the Federal Environmental Protection Service The objectives of this audit are to carry out licensing control to establish that the applicant fulfills the licensing requirements and conditions for carrying out licensing activities for the operation of explosive and fire-hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard classes I II and III. The subject of this audit is to note the necessary condition of premises buildings structures technical facilities and other facilities that are intended to be used by the applicant for the license or the licensee in carrying out the licensed type of activity and the availability of employees necessary for carrying out the licensed type of activity in order to assess the compliance of such facilities and employees with the licensing requirements
