Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out in order to:
Supervision of compliance with the requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and use of agricultural lands, the turnover of which is regulated by Federal Law No. 101-FZ dated 07/24/2002 "On the Turnover of Agricultural Lands", based on a reasoned submission dated 02/24/2021, information from the Administration of the Izhmorsky Municipal District of the Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass ex. 1.1/07/145 from 02/17/2021.
The objectives of this audit are:
to assess the compliance of the business entity's activities with the mandatory requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements for the protection and use of agricultural land, the turnover of which is regulated by Federal Law No. 101-FZ dated 07/24/2002 "On the turnover of agricultural land".The subject of this audit is (please note):
- compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts;
- to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation, especially valuable, including unique, documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation, documents, which has special historical, scientific, and cultural significance and is part of the national library Fund;
