Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out with the aim of: ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of a person on the basis of: Order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being No. 45 dated February 15, 2021 "On quality and safety control of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products", issued in accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 06, 2021 No. DG-P13 – 1309.
The objectives of this audit are: implementation of state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population; implementation of state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation; prevention of infectious and mass non-communicable diseases (poisoning) of humans.
The subject of this audit is: compliance with the mandatory requirements of the norms of the current sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation; compliance with the mandatory requirements of the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation; carrying out measures to prevent threats and (or) harm to the life and health of citizens.
