Purpose of inspection: The objectives of this audit are: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services (hereinafter referred to as GIS housing and communal services) by persons providing utilities and (or) supplying utilities in apartment buildings, residential buildings (in order to implement from July 1, 2021 the provisions of articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Housing Code of the Russian Federation) as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated 28.11.2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation").
