Purpose of inspection: the inspection is carried out in order to fulfill the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Avgordeev dated 28112018 AGP118385 on the basis of the Rosselkhoznadzor order dated 04122018 1398 DSP and in accordance with paragraph 3 h 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law of 26122008 294 FZ "On the protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of state control supervision and municipal control" in order to prevent infection and spread quarantine facilities for the storage of grain and products of its processing both on the territory of the Russian Federation and during export operations, as well as ensuring the quality and safety of grain and products of its processing, the objectives of this audit are to carry out state control supervision in the field of plant quarantine, state control supervision in respect of grain purchased not for the personal needs of consumers, as well as related with the requirements for grain production processes storage transportation sale and disposal, the subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts
