Purpose of inspection: execution of the order of Rospotrebnadzor dated 02/15/2021 No. 45 "On quality and safety checks of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products", issued on the basis of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/2021 No. DG-P13-1309 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 12/26/2008 No. 294 "On Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of state control (supervision) and municipal control".
The objectives of this review are:
