Purpose of inspection: 1. Compliance of works on landscaping and microrelief formation, landscaping, arrangement of entrances and porches, concrete blind areas along exterior walls, sidewalks and driveways made of double-layer asphalt concrete pavement, installation of underground and aboveground gas supply pipelines, installation of a boiler room, compliance with fire and sanitary and epidemiological measures and the construction materials used during the construction and reconstruction of a capital construction facility construction, as well as the results of such work, to the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of this Code (subject to changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of this Code) and (or) the information model (if the formation and maintenance of information models are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of this Code), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities to which energy efficiency requirements do not apply) and requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources. 2. Availability of a building permit. 3. Meeting the requirements of Parts 2.3 and 3.1 of art. 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
