Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to implement the Inspection Program approved by the Deputy Head of the Siberian Directorate of Rostechnadzor dated 07072020 450THE purpose of this inspection is to prevent identify and suppress violations of legislation on urban development by the developer, the customer, as well as by the person carrying out construction on the basis of a contract with the developer or the customer, the subject of this inspection is to verify the compliance of the work and the construction materials used in during the construction of the capital construction facility "Site of temporary accumulation of municipal solid waste in the Maslyaninsky district of the Novosibirsk region", as well as the results of such work, the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15 15_2 and 15_3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the changes made to the project documentation in accordance with Parts 3_8 and 3_9 of Article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation If the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, including energy efficiency requirements, with the exception of capital construction facilities for which energy efficiency requirements do not apply and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources, the availability of a construction permit, and compliance with the requirements established by parts 2 3 and 3_1 Articles 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation
