Purpose of inspection: In order to assess the compliance of the license applicant with the fulfillment of licensing requirements when carrying out activities for the operation of explosive and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard classes I II or III in connection with the granting of a license based on the application of BMK LLC dated 28112017 bx 2137235, the objectives of this audit are to establish the possibility of the license applicant fulfilling licensing requirements and conditions when carrying out activities for operation of explosion- and fire-hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard classes I II or III when performing the following works that constitute a licensed type of activity storage or processing of vegetable raw materials during which explosive dust-air mixtures are formed that can ignite spontaneously from the ignition source and burn independently after its removal as well as storage of grain of its processed products and feed raw materials prone to self-heating and spontaneous combustion on objects
