Purpose of inspection: In order to prevent and suppress offenses in the established areas of activity of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Komi Republic on the basis of a reasoned submission by an official of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Komi Republic dated 03/29/2021 No. 04/2052 on the fact of transportation and export of LLC Les from the territory of the Komi Republic, Priluzsky district, Obyachevo village to the Kirov region, Kirov, quarantined products – lumber coniferous species in the amount of 50 cubic meters, identified on 03/23/2021 about 15 hours 35 minutes on 520 km of the Vyatka highway. The timber products were transported by a Volvo car with the state registration number R472NK 43 with a trailer driven by the driver Zholobov Fedor Falaleevich, accompanied by an accompanying document for the transportation of wood No. 1 dated 03/22/2021, bill of lading No. b/n dated 03/22/2021, without a quarantine certificate.
According to the Argus-Phyto FGIS database for the issuance and accounting of phytosanitary documentation of Les LLC, quarantine certificates for the transportation of the above-mentioned quarantined products were not issued.
The objectives of this audit are: suppression of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of plant quarantine, when violations of the law are detected, bringing the perpetrators to administrative responsibility.
