Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to carry
out verification measures based on information received about violations
of the provisions established by Federal Law No. 230-FZ dated 07/03/2016 "On the Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Individuals in the Implementation
of Overdue Debt Repayment Activities and on Amendments to the Federal
Law "On Microfinance Activities and Microfinance Organizations"
(hereinafter FZ No. 230), when collecting debts by employees of LLC "YUK "SVS Group", as part of the consideration of the appeal of Gr. S. (vh. No. 3683/21/59000-OG
dated 01/26/2021) on the basis of a memo dated 03/25/2021 No. 22/3548vn.
The purpose of this audit is to establish the compliance of the activities of LLC "YUK "Group of SVS" with the provisions of Federal Law No. 230 on the received information about violations of this Law.
The subject of this audit is the compliance of LLC "YUK "SVS Group" with the mandatory requirements established by Federal Law No. 230.
