The objectives of this audit are: identification and elimination of violations established by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1110 on 28.10.2014 "On Licensing business activities for the management of apartment buildings", mandatory requirements established by subclause "d" of Part 8, paragraph 31 of the Rules for the Management of Apartment Buildings, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation Of the Russian Federation dated May 15, 2013 No. 416 "On the procedure for the management of apartment buildings", paragraphs 1, 2, 11.1, 14 times. 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 02/29/2016 No. 74/114/pr "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the State information system of Housing and Communal Services"
