Purpose of inspection: This audit is being conducted in order to implement the order of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation VLMutko dated 06042017 VMP122021 on conducting unscheduled supervisory activities in respect of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing accommodation and catering services for participants and guests of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Order 236 dated 17042017 " On conducting unscheduled supervisory measures in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing accommodation and catering services for participants and guests of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup" Federal Law No. 294 FZ dated 26122008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Implementation of State Control supervision and Municipal Control" p3 h2 articles 10 the objectives of this audit are to establish the compliance of the activities of the audited legal entity and individual entrepreneur with the mandatory requirements of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and consumer protection, to identify violations in the activities of the legal entity and individual entrepreneur, including the causes and conditions conducive to violations, to take measures to curb identified violations, to comply with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts
