The objectives of this audit are: compliance with mandatory requirements for the maintenance of common property in terms of an agreement on technical diagnostics of gas equipment concluded with an organization that meets the requirements established by Section IX of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 14, 2013 No. 410 "On measures to ensure safety in the use
and maintenance of domestic and residential gas equipment".
