Purpose of inspection: for the purpose of: monitoring compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of Order No. 723 of the Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare dated 10/16/2020 "On conducting unscheduled inspections of educational organizations and their food suppliers", issued in order to implement the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation dated 10/14/2020 No. Pr-1665, in in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 294 – FZ dated December 26, 2008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Exercise of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control."
The objectives of this audit are: to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and technical regulations in the provision of high-quality nutrition for students studying primary education programs.7.
