Purpose of inspection: 6. To establish that this inspection is carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04/22/2011 No. IS-P9-2558, in order to assess the completeness and timeliness of the execution of Notifications from Dalnedra on violations of the terms of use of subsoil dated 12/27/2020 No. 08/3458 under license MAG 05076 BP and No. 08/3457 under license MAG 05077 BP. The deadline for the execution of notifications expires on 03/27/2021.
The purpose of this audit is to monitor compliance with mandatory requirements in the field of geological exploration, rational use and protection of subsurface resources, to assess the completeness and timeliness of taking measures by Mars LLC to eliminate violations of the legislation on subsurface resources and the terms of license agreements specified in Dalnedra Notifications dated 07.12.2020 No. 08/3458 under license MAG 05076 BP and No. 08/3457 under license MAG 05077 BP.
