Order No. 723 of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare dated 10/16/2020 "On conducting Unscheduled inspections of educational organizations and food suppliers", issued in accordance with the Instructions of the President of the Russian Federation dated 10/14/2020. No. Pr-1665, taking into account the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04/03/2020 No. 438 "On the Specifics of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in 2020 and on Amendments to Paragraph 7 of the Rules for the Preparation by State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control Bodies of Annual Plans for Scheduled Inspections of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs".
The objectives of this audit are: supervision and control over the implementation of mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
