Purpose of inspection: To ensure the posting of complete and reliable information by persons providing housing and communal services in order to implement, from July 01, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ of November 28, 2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation". Verification of the completeness and reliability of information on housing stock facilities located in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services (GIS Housing and Communal Services), management contracts and contracts for the provision of housing and communal services, on the provision of services and (or) the performance of major repairs of common property in apartment buildings as part of the implementation of regional capital repair programs, short-term plan implementation of the regional capital repair program in respect of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who manage apartment buildings and (or) perform public utilities, regional operators, and local governments.
