Purpose of inspection: identification of circumstances containing signs of violations of the mandatory requirements of Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated 12/30/2004 "On Participation in the Shared Construction of Apartment Buildings and (or) Other Real Estate Objects and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated 12/30/2004) and which caused the developer to reject an approximate schedule for the implementation of a construction project for six months or more, presented as part of the quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2020 and the 1st quarter of 2021 for the object "10-storey multi-family residential building with public facilities. The eighth stage of construction is the construction of an underground parking garage for 64 cars, located at: Smolensk region, Smolensk, in the area of Normandie-Neman - Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya - Tsiolkovsky streets, checking documents for compliance with the requirements of the above-mentioned law, etc.
The objectives of this audit are: compliance by the developer with the requirements of legislation in the field of shared-equity construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects in the Smolensk region (and other regulatory legal acts), and suppression of violations of the requirements of the specified legislation.
The subject of this audit is:
verification of compliance by persons attracting citizens' funds for construction with the mandatory requirements established by Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated 12/30/2004 "On Participation in the Shared Construction of Apartment Buildings and (or) Other Real Estate Objects and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" and adopted in accordance with it other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
