2) trebovaniya nalichiya razresheniya na stroitelstvo;
3) trebovanii, ustanovlennyh chastyami 2 i 3.1 stati 52 GsK RF;

Purpose of inspection: purpose: to assess the compliance of the activities carried out at the Facility with the requirements of the urban planning legislation of the Russian Federation and project documentation;
tasks: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and project documentation.
The subject of this review is compliance with:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the GsK RF) (including changes made to working documentation and which, in accordance with Part 1.3 of Article 52 of the GsK RF, are part of such project documentation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the GsK RF);
2) building permit requirements;
3) requirements established by parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the GsK of the Russian Federation;
4) the requirements established by part 4 of Article 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to ensure the conservation of the capital construction facility;
5) requirements to the procedure for the implementation of construction control established by the GSK of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
