Purpose of inspection: : Determination of compliance of the completed works applied in the process of construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility of building materials, the results of such work with the requirements of design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements and requirements for equipment of capital construction facilities with metering devices for energy resources used; verification of the availability of a construction permit, compliance with the requirements of parts 2 and 3 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the inspection program No. PP2 dated 04/02/2021-15-04-2021/0004 ; prevention, as well as identification and suppression of violations of compliance of works performed during the construction of a capital construction facility with the requirements of project documentation committed by the developer, the customer, the person carrying out the construction, on the basis of an agreement with the developer or the customer.
