Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out for the purpose of: verifying the execution of the order of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation M.Sh. Khusnullin dated 03/22/2021 № MX-P16-3531 and the order of the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation M.B. Egorov dated 03/30/2021 № 193/pr "On conducting an unscheduled documentary inspection bodies of state housing supervision of the subjects of the Russian Federation in relation to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who manage apartment buildings and (or) perform public utilities (including under contracts for the provision of public utilities concluded by consumers with resource-supplying organizations), specialized non-profit organizations that carry out activities aimed at ensuring major repairs of common property in apartment buildings , local government bodies.
The objectives of this audit are: to identify and eliminate violations established by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/2006 No. 75 "On the procedure for local governments to hold an open competition for the selection of a management organization for the management of an apartment building", paragraph 1, 2.1 times. 8 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 02/29/2016 No. 74/114/pr "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the State information system of Housing and Communal Services".
