Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out on the basis of the Rosselkhoznadzor Order dated 14122018 1449 "On conducting inspections" issued on the basis of the instruction of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation AV Gordeev, minutes of the meeting of the Permanent Antiepizootic Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 28112018 1 and in accordance with Articles 10 and 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 26122008 294 FZ "On Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the implementation of state control supervision and municipal control" in order to verify compliance by business entities with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of pigs, storage, production and sale of pork and its processed products, as well as the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of poultry, storage, production and sale of poultry meat and processed products
