Purpose of inspection: the purpose of implementing federal State energy supervision on the basis of Rostechnadzor Order No. 44 dated 01022019 "On conducting inspections of compliance with Mandatory Requirements by Electric Power Industry Entities, Heat Supply organizations, Heating Grid organizations and Consumers of electric Energy in 2019" issued in accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18012019 DKP9254 bx 0119906 dated 04022019the tasks of this audit are the prevention, detection and suppression of violations by electric power industry entities and consumers of electric energy, their managers and other officials, individual entrepreneurs and their authorized representatives of the safety requirements in the field of electric power industry established by federal laws and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of electric power industry mandatory requirements, taking measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation to prevent and eliminate violations of mandatory requirements if they are identified and to bring to justice persons who have committed violations of the requirements of federal laws and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of electric power industry. The purpose of this audit is to ensure compliance with a set of mandatory requirements in the course of operating electrical installations and energy facilities.
