Purpose of inspection: This audit is carried out in order to determine the compliance of the completed works, the construction materials used in the process of reconstruction of the capital construction facility, and the results of such work with the requirements of the design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements and requirements for equipping capital construction facilities with metering devices for energy resources used, the availability of a construction permit, and compliance with the requirements of parts 2, 3, and 3.1 of Article 52 The Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the inspection program dated 09/13/2021 case No. 17-04-2021/0040.
The objectives of this audit are:
prevention, as well as detection and suppression of violations committed by the developer, the customer, the person carrying out reconstruction on the basis of a contract with the developer or the customer, of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, other regulatory legal acts and project documentation performed during the construction of the capital construction facility.
