Purpose of inspection: Control of compliance of the work performed with the mandatory requirements of the design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements and requirements for equipment of the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used and other regulatory legal acts during the construction of the capital construction facility, the task of this audit is to prevent identify and suppress violations committed by the developer, the technical customer, as well as the person carrying out reconstruction on the basis of an agreement with the developer or the technical customer legislation on urban planning activities, including design documentation of requirements for energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement, the subject of this audit is the compliance of the work and construction materials used in the construction process of reconstruction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15 152 and 153 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the changes made in the design documentation in accordance with parts 38 and 39 of Article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and or the information model, including energy efficiency requirements, with the exception of capital construction projects for which energy efficiency requirements do not apply and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used, the presence of a construction permit to comply with the requirements established by parts 2 3 and 31 of the article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation
