Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out for the purpose of: notification dated 07/22/2021 vh. №10999/01-04 LLC "PMK Stavropol-1"" on completion of works subject to inspection in accordance with the inspection program dated 12/17/2020 № 15/14-2020 (3rd stage);
The objectives of this audit are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of the legislation on urban development, including technical regulations and project documentation, committed by the developer, the technical customer, and the person carrying out the construction.;
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with the procedure for conducting construction control, maintaining general and (or) special work logs, executive documentation, drawing up acts of inspection of works, structures, sections of engineering and technical support networks;
- compliance with other requirements when performing work established by the design documentation, including requirements regarding energy efficiency and requirements regarding the equipment of the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources;
- compliance with mandatory requirements and (or) requirements established by municipal legal acts
