Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the verification with the details of the documents is to
ensure the placement of complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, and persons managing apartment buildings, in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by the Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated November 28, 2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation" in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr.
The objectives of the audit
are to verify the placement of complete and reliable information in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated February 29, 2016 No. 74/114/pr "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by Information Providers in the state information system of housing and communal services
