Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out as part of the implementation of licensing control functions in the Kirov region (registration number in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution "FRSU" 4301000020000186949) on the basis of the received order of the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation on the appointment of an unscheduled inspection dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr "On the conduct of an unscheduled documentary inspection bodies of state housing supervision of the subjects of the Russian Federation in relation to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who manage apartment buildings and (or) perform public utilities (including under contracts for the provision of public utilities concluded by consumers with resource-supplying organizations), specialized non-profit organizations that carry out activities aimed at ensuring major repairs of common property in apartment buildings (hereinafter referred to as regional operators), local governments, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are the sole owners of premises in an apartment building, if such owners of premises in an apartment building have not chosen a method of managing an apartment building or if the decision to choose a method of managing this house has not been implemented, and also, if such owners of the premises have chosen a direct method of managing an apartment building."
