Purpose of inspection: Monitoring the compliance of the work performed with the mandatory requirements of the design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used and other regulatory legal acts during the construction of the capital construction facility; the purpose of this audit is to prevent, identify and suppress violations committed by the developer, the technical customer, as well as the person carrying out the reconstruction based on a contract with a developer or technical customer, violations of legislation on urban planning, including project documentation, requirements for energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement;
The subject of this review is:compliance of the work performed and the building materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of art. 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (subject to changes made to the project documentation in accordance with Parts 3.8 and 3.9 of art. 49 of the Urban Planning Code Of the Russian Federation) and (or) an information model, including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities that are not subject to energy efficiency requirements) and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources;
availability of a building permit;
meeting the requirements set out in Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation
