Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to comply with Rostechnadzor Order No. 85 dated March 15, 2017 "On Inspections of organizations operating tower cranes" on the basis of instructions from Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation AG Khloponin dated February 8, 2017 AHP9682 "On the organization and conduct of unscheduled inspections of organizations operating tower cranes from 2017 to 2019"The objectives of this audit are to prevent identify and suppress violations of mandatory requirements established by federal laws and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety and technical regulation of mandatory requirements, to take measures to eliminate violations of mandatory requirements if they are identified and to hold accountable persons who have violated the requirements of federal laws and other regulatory legal acts7 The subject of this audit is compliance with a legal entity in the course of carrying out activities of mandatory industrial safety requirements in the design construction operation conservation and liquidation of hazardous production facilities manufacture installation commissioning maintenance and repair of technical devices of lifting cranes used at hazardous production facilities compliance with the specified requirements of buildings premises structures equipment and materials used as well as requirements for machinery and equipment and related requirements for these products operation and disposal processes
