Purpose of inspection: this inspection is carried out in order to comply with the Rosselkhoznadzor Order dated 16042019 388 DSP "On conducting inspections" in order to fulfill the instructions of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Avgordeev dated 03042019 AGP112558 by virtue of stst 10 14 of the Federal Law dated 26122008 294FZ "On the protection of the rights of Legal entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the exercise of State control supervision and Municipal Control" tasks of this Inspections are aimed at identifying preventing and suppressing violations of mandatory requirements of legislation in the field of veterinary medicine and taking measures to curb and or eliminate the consequences of identified violations
