Purpose of inspection: The basis of the audit
The order (order) of the head of the state control (supervision) body, issued in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation and on the basis of the prosecutor's request to conduct an unscheduled inspection in the framework of supervision of the implementation of laws on materials and appeals received by the prosecutor's office
The purpose of the verification with the details of the documents is the grounds
for the execution of Order No. 193/pr. of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 2021, issued on the basis of instructions from the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation dated March 22, 2021, No. MX-P16-3531.
The objectives of the audit
are to verify the compliance of the Zakamsk - Center HOA with the mandatory requirements for posting information in the state housing and communal services information system (hereinafter referred to as GIS Housing and communal services) provided for in paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1. 11.1 of Section 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation No. 74. Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated February 29, 2016 "On Approval of the Composition, Timing and Frequency of Information Placement by Information Providers in the State Information system.housing and Communal Services" (hereinafter referred to as the Composition of the information).
