Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to verify information about the threat of harm to plants to the environment indicated in a reasoned submission dated 18092017 1999400 from Elena Vladimirovna Kashitsyna, head of the Interdistrict Department for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Eastern Group of Districts of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, on violations of quarantine phytosanitary legislation expressed in the transportation of quarantined pine lumber products in the amount of 33 m a cube from the quarantine phytosanitary zone Irkutsk region with further passage to Novosibirsk without a quarantine certificate, therefore, without mandatory state quarantine phytosanitary control certifying compliance of quarantined products with the requirements of plant quarantine rules and regulations, which poses a threat of penetration, spread and infection by quarantine objects capable of harming plants and products of plant origin.
