Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the inspection: execution of the order of the Deputy Minister of Construction of Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation M.B. Egorov dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr "On conducting an unscheduled documentary inspection by the State housing supervision authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in respect of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs managing apartment buildings and (or) being performers of public utilities (including under contracts for the provision of public services concluded by consumers with resource supply organizations), specialized non-profit organizations that carry out activities aimed at ensuring major repairs of common property in apartment buildings (hereinafter referred to as regional operators), local governments, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are sole owners of premises in an apartment building in cases where such owners of premises in an apartment building have not chosen a method of managing an apartment building or if the decision to choose a method of managing this house has not been implemented, as well as if such owners of premises have chosen a direct method of managing an apartment building" and instructions from Deputy Government of the Russian Federation M.Sh. The tasks are: to identify violations of the mandatory requirements established by Clause 18 of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated 07/21/2014 (as amended on 02/24/2021) "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated 02/29/2016 (as amended on 09/11/2020) "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the State information system of housing and communal Services".
