Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to assess the compliance of the information contained in the submitted license application dated 14052018 bx 7908 with the provisions of h1 and 3 ct13 ct3 ct18 of the Federal Law No. 04052011 99 FZ "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities" as well as information about the licensee contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and other Federal Information Resources The objectives of this audit are to ensure that the licensee complies with licensing requirements and prevents violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in order to protect public health and the environment. The subject of this audit is the compliance of the information contained in the submitted application and documents of the legal entity on the granting of a license dated 14052018 7908 for the right to carry out activities in the field of the use of pathogens of infectious diseases of humans and animals for with the exception of the case when the activity is carried out for medical purposes and genetically modified organisms of III and IV degrees of potential danger carried out in closed systems.
