Purpose of inspection: the inspection is carried out in order to verify the facts stated in the address of the owner of the non-residential premises (ex. no. OG-2301/01-01-34 dated 09/22/2021), regarding the maintenance of communal property in an apartment building at the address: Vologda region, Cherepovets, Pobedy Ave., building 151.
The purpose of this audit is to identify and prevent violations of housing legislation by a legal entity when managing an apartment building.
The subject of this audit is compliance with the mandatory requirements of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, the Rules and Regulations for the Technical Operation of Housing Stock, approved by Resolution No. 170 of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Construction and Housing and Communal Services dated September 27, 2003, and the Rules for the Maintenance of Common Property in an Apartment Building, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 13, 2006 No. 491, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the Minimum List of Services and Works Necessary to Ensure the Proper Maintenance of Common Property in an Apartment Building, and the Procedure for their Provision and Execution" dated April 03, 2013 No. 290, Rules for the Provision of Public Services to Owners and Users of Premises in Apartment Buildings and Residential Buildings, approved by Government Decree Of the Russian Federation dated 05/06/2011 No. 354.
