Purpose of inspection: 5.1 This inspection is carried out in order to carry out regional state housing supervision in the Altai Territory to ensure the placement of complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, persons managing apartment buildings, in order to implement the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code from 07/01/2021. Code of the Russian Federation, pursuant to the order of the Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation dated 03/30/2021 No. 193/pr, instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/22/2021 No. MX-P16-3531.
5.2 The objectives of this audit are the prevention, detection and suppression of violations of mandatory requirements.
