Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to verify the facts indicated in the appeal of the chairman of the HOA "Surikov 31"the objectives of this audit are to comply with Arkos Stroy LLC safety requirements during the construction of a multi-storey apartment building at Kirov, Surikov Street, 31, turn 4, the requirements of part 2 of Article 51 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.5 The subject of this audit is the observance of mandatory requirements or requirements prevention of harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, and inspection of a capital construction facility established by municipal legal acts.
