Purpose of inspection: Goal:verification of the compliance of the completed works on the organization of the construction
site
the objectives of this audit are:
prevention, as well as detection and suppression of violations committed by the developer,
the customer, the person carrying out construction on the basis of a contract with
the developer or the customer, violations of compliance performed
during construction, reconstruction of capital construction
works with the requirements of the project documentation.
The subject of this review is:
- compliance of the work performed and the construction materials
used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as
well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with
parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation
(subject to changes made to the project documentation in
accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of this Code;
- availability of a building permit;
- fulfillment of the requirements established by Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52
of this Code.
