The objectives of the audit are: supervision and control over compliance with legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms.
The subject of this audit is: - compliance with mandatory requirements and (or) requirements established by municipal legal acts; - compliance of the information contained in the notification of the commencement of certain types of entrepreneurial activity with mandatory requirements; - matching information. contained in the application and documents of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur for granting legal status, special permission (license), issuance of permission (approval) to mandatory requirements, as well as data on these legal entities and individual entrepreneurs contained in the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs and other federal information resources; - compliance with the instructions of state control bodies (supervision), municipal control bodies; - carrying out measures; - to prevent harm to the life, health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation, documents having special significance historical significance, scientific, cultural significance, which are part of the national library fund; - to prevent the occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies; - to ensure the security of the state; - to eliminate the consequences of causing such harm.
