Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to verify compliance with the requirements of the regulation dated 03/19/2021 No. 519-03/01-04/41 , Cheetah LLC, in order to assess compliance:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the GsK RF) (including changes made to working documentation and which, in accordance with Part 1.3 of Article 52 of the GsK RF, are part of such project documentation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the GsK RF);
2) the requirements established by Parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) requirements for the procedure for the implementation of construction control established by the GSK of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
The task of the audit is to monitor compliance with the requirements of urban planning legislation and approved project documentation.

Purpose of inspection: the inspection is carried out in order to assess the facts stated in the citizen's appeal (ex.no.OG 519-9297/21 dated 01/27/2021), in order to assess the compliance of the work and the construction materials used during the construction process, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of approved design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities, which are not subject to energy efficiency requirements) and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources, the availability of a construction permit, and compliance with the requirements set out in Parts 2, 3, and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the GsK RF).
