Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out in order to assess the compliance of the activities carried out by the administration of the Zhukovsky Municipal District of the Bryansk Region with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of responsible treatment of animals in the exercise of delegated powers, in connection with the expiration of the deadline for fulfilling the prescription dated 04/21/2022 No. BR-YUL-051-016/22 issued by the chief consultant of the Department of State Veterinary supervision and laboratory work Kosyanenko V.F.
The objectives of this review are:
- control over the execution by the administration of the Zhukovsky Municipal District of the Bryansk Region of the prescription dated 04/21/2022 No. BR-YUL-051-016/22, issued by the chief consultant of the Department for State Veterinary Supervision and laboratory work organization Kosyanenko V.F.;
- analysis of the results obtained, establishment of a causal relationship between the identified violations and the grounds for their occurrence, the decision on the application of measures to prevention and suppression of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of responsible treatment of animals in the exercise of delegated powers.
The subject of this audit is the fulfillment of the instructions of the state control (supervision) bodies, municipal control bodies.
