Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to:
execute Rospotrebnadzor Order No. 723 dated 10/16/2020 "On conducting Unscheduled inspections of educational organizations and their food suppliers", in pursuance of the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation dated 10/14/2020 No. Pr-1665
The objectives of this review are:
- prevention of infectious and mass non-communicable diseases,
- prevention of harmful effects of environmental factors on humans,
- assessment of compliance with the requirements of sanitary legislation, legislation on technical regulation.
The subject of this audit is (to note the necessary):
compliance with mandatory requirements established by legal acts;
compliance of the information contained in the notification of the commencement of certain types of entrepreneurial activity with mandatory requirements;
compliance with the instructions of the state control (supervision) bodies;
carrying out measures:
to prevent harm to life, health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment;
to prevent the occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies;
to ensure the security of the state;
to eliminate the consequences of causing such harm.
